The Law of England & Wales governs these Terms & Conditions and all disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

Description of Goods

Although we warrant that the goods will, at the time of delivery, correspond to the description given by us, all products we sell are of a technical nature and it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the products. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. Full technical details are available from the original manufacturers brochures and websites, these can change however if the watch has been modified from original specification. All other conditions or terms relating to fitness for purpose, merchantability or conditions of the goods whether implied by statue, common law or otherwise are excluded and the customer warrants that the customer is satisfied as to the suitability of the goods for the customers purpose as goods are not sold on a trial basis. If you buy goods, which have no published technical specifications, it is your responsibility to establish the suitability of the goods for your intended purpose.

Warranty

When purchasing any item from any manufacturer on our site, once the customisations have made to the watch, you should note that the warranty with the manufacturer will become void. Any warranty offered will therefore be with Bespoke Luxury Concept directly for a period of 12 months unless otherwise stated. Warranty covers the mechanical parts of the watch and excludes damage by any form of water damage or misuse of the watch in any way. In the event your watch has been damaged by water, we will make repairs covered by yourself, it will also be your responsibility to deliver the watch to us in a timely matter to avoid further damage to the watch. All watches needing a repair under Bespoke Luxury Concept warranty or guarantee will be voided if the watch is opened by a non-authorised Bespoke Luxury Concept watchmaker. Accidental damage to internal mechanics can sometimes only be established once our qualified watchmaker has inspected the watch, if damage is found to be caused by misuse then repairs will be chargeable. Please note Bespoke Luxury Concept are not authorised dealers for any brands which you see displayed on this site.

Errors

Every effort is made to ensure that all the information provided on our website is correct at time of publishing. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders based on the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed.

Specifications

Whilst we use reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on the site we make no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. If you spot a mistake with an image or with product specification please let us know by contacting: info@bespokeluxuryconcept.com

Payment Method (s)

Orders made online will have a small administrative fee of 3% this will be listed at the time of payment. We will only deliver items to the card holders address, for this reason you must provide us with the exact name and address including telephone number that your credit card/debit card issuer has on file for you. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received. For security reasons we will require for any transaction over 500GBP to be supported by two forms of identification clearly showing your full name and address via fax or scanned email. (Credit card statement, Passport and copies of your credit card all qualify as acceptable forms of ID). Failure to provide ID will result in your order being delayed and possibly cancelled.

Payment for special ordered items

For all special ordered items, outstanding balance payments must be received within 14 days of your item arriving. Failure to do so will result in you losing your deposit and your order being cancelled.

Availability of Goods

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. However it is our policy to contact you if a product is out of stock. If the item you have ordered is not in stock then allow up to 30 working days for the order to be dispatched; this timeframe can vary from product to product, so please check with sales consultant expected delivery times.

Purchase Contract:

All purchases made on this website are governed by these Terms and Conditions. You should check prior to each order to ensure that you understand the terms and conditions.

We will confirm acceptance of your order via email. At this point the purchase contract will be made and we will supply the goods to you in accordance with your order and these Terms and Conditions.

Availability:

We endeavour to keep the advertised content of our site up-to-date however this cannot be guaranteed so that by acknowledging receipt of your order we are not creating a binding contract to supply what you have ordered but which we do not have in stock. Out of stock items will be advertised as POA (price on application).

Refund and Returns

Refund Policy

We always try to make sure our customers are happy with their purchases, however if for some reason this isn't the case our online refund policies are detailed below:

Bespoke and Special Order Items

We do not offer refunds on any Bespoke or Made to Order items. If the product is faulty we will make repairs to the product in a timely fashion under the products warranty.

Unmodified Factory Items

Faulty items returned after 7 days will be returned to manufacturer, if after inspection the manufacturer finds a fault that could not have been caused by a customer, the repairs will take place under warranty directly with them. Items that fail inspection will have repairs done at the cost to the customer.

Changed your mind about an item

Please leave in (excluding bespoke or made to order items).

For online purchases, Bespoke Luxury Concept will offer full purchase price refunds within 7 days for items returned in the same condition and only if accompanied with all the accessories sold in the original purchase.

In store purchases may be returned within 7 days of purchase in original purchase condition and with all accessories for exchange or credit note.

Bespoke Luxury Concept has the right to refuse return of any item that does not meet the above return requirements at our sole discretion. All refunds will be processed within 7 days of inspection.

Delivery

We can offer free next day delivery on all available watches sent in the UK if ordered before before 1pm. Your watch will be dispatched within 24 hours of cleared payment and authorised delivery address.

Once item has been collected by any courier it will then be the purchaser and couriers responsiblity to ensure safe receipt of the product. Any issues with the courier or delivery will need to be taken up with they themselves. If at the time of receipt the package looks as though it has been opened or tampered during transit then please do not accept delivery. Once signed for without checking the contents it becomes your responsibility.

Pre-owned watches

All watches sold on the website are sold as pre-owned unused unless otherwise stated. By pre-owned we mean the watch has been previously purchased new and then subsequently brought by us without having been worn.
